On November 1st, 2006 the Parish of All Saints Blackbutt South was proclaimed. Fr Greg Arnold was appointed Parish Priest. All Saints Parish is a parish of three faith communities: St Columba's Adamstown, St.Kevin's Cardiff and St Philip's Kotara.
The Parish Pastoral Plan for the parish was ratified at the Parish Assembly of the three communities in October 2008.
